Skin is an amazing and largest organ of your body, which organ always comes into contact with the rest of the world. Your skin is also important because it is full of nerve endings that help you feel things like heat, cold, and pain.

We should understand that what should we do with our skin or what certain things we shouldn’t do to our skin.
Today, I am sharing here only fine things that we should not do with our skin.

  1. Over-Exfoliating

The Exfoliation means “removes the dead cells of skin from the selected part of the skin/body but over-exfoliating will remove more layers of natural protection that is harmful for your skin. You should always exfoliate for cleaning your skin but avoid the over-exfoliating and always use only warm water but never use the hot water.

  1. Pop, Pick and Rub the skin:

No doubt, the use of drugs affects every part and organ of our body including the skin.
The opiate withdrawal can be painful, and in some cases, it can lead to serious health complications such as agitation and goose bumps, often trigger the urge to pick or rub at the skin. So, we should avoid pick at our skin, we all knows that so many microorganisms are always available/living at our skin and in environment too, these microorganisms / bacteria will enter in your skin by the pick/hole you just made on your face will affect your skin and face. Think of it gently and avoid pop, pick & rob.

  1. Not Caring and Protecting the Skin:

We all know and understand that, the suns UVB and UVA rays cause skin damage, which is prematurely aging, and skin cancer so always staying out of the sun and away from tanning beds is the easiest way to get great-looking skin.
If you are staying under the sunshine and hot/hard environment, you should use the skin-care products with required ingredients, use moisturizer and feed your skin from within.

  1. Forgetting the Neck and Eyes

The caring of Neck & Eyes is also very important as like face. During the skincare, must double cleaning the neck as well. Also, make sure the massage in upward motions and don’t pull skin downward and the skin under our eyes is the slightest on our entire bodies and needs sufficiently nourishment.

  1. Same Products Using Forever:

Adaptation is an important factor, our body, skin as well as organ adopt every treatment/skincare after using few months/days, so you should consider switching up your skincare routine as the seasons change and time to time.

Don’t Forget & Always Remember:

  • Dark chocolate and antioxidant rich foods such as cantaloupe, citrus fruits, blueberries and leafy greens improve the skin’s appearance.
  • Never sleep in your makeup, always double cleanse before going to bed.
  • Wash your makeup brushes twice a week
  • Wash your makeup sponge every time you use it.
  • Never forget to moisturize your skin.
