Amoeba (Biology-IX)



It is unicellular aquatic organisms, which found in water pools and ponds.
It is microscopic which can not see with our naked eyes. Its size is 0.25
millimeter. It has not any permanent shape, it keeps change its shape.

Amoeba has food vacuoles of many sizes and also have organelles.

The nucleus is present in center, which changes it position.

It has false feet name as pseudopodia (Poseudo means the false and Podic
means feet).

It respires by gases exchange in water.
